In February 2022, I was asked to provide the Live Streaming for a funeral in Bentham Methodist Church in North Yorkshire.
I always like to arrive in plenty of time for every job I do and I was especially glad on this day! I knew that mobile phone signal was very poor in the area and inside the church, I couldn’t get any signal. Thankfully, I was able to run out a long ethernet cable to a nearby Garage who kindly let me plug into their router! It always pays to arrive early!
As usual, I used 3 cameras for the live stream and micophones to have top quality sound coming through.
It was really good to wotk with Brown & Whitaker Funerals once again and as usual, they did a wonderful job.
Close family were watching live in Hong Kong. They were all delighted with the live webcast and here’s what they had to say:
“Purple Videos (through Andrew Towers) just arranged for the video streaming of a church service for my family for those unable to attend the service in person. I was very impressed by the manner in which the videoing was handled, from the test run to ensure everything ran smoothly, to the clarity of the video of the service itself and the sensitivity with which the service was filmed. Overall, a very professional job. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew and his team.”
