In August, I was once again asked to help people watch a funeral by filming the service and burial in a Catholic Church in Carlisle, Cumbria.
As the funeral service and burial were in 2 different churches about 6 miles apart, the decision was made not to Live stream the services as there wouldn’t be time to pack down the equipment and get to the other graveyard in time for the burial ceremony.
So instead, i filmed both services on multiple cameras and uploaded them to the Internet within about 3 hours of the services finishing. This meant that friends and family from all over the world was able to watch the memorial service soon after.
Here’s what the lady who booked me had to say:
“Thank you so, so much for these beautiful videos. You did a wonderful job and it made me so happy to be a part of Gran’s goodbye. I have cried tears of both sadness and joy that I could see both of the services.
I really, really appreciate it. These videos have made me feel that bit closer than I actually am!
I hope everyone else enjoys them as much as I did.”
